These terms and conditions should be read in conjunction with our privacy policy. They were last updated on 22nd May 2008.

therapies

  • If you fail to show for an appointment or cancel an appointment within 24 hours you will be charged the full appointment price. We reserve the right to charge a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit to secure any booking.
  • In all cases except the "12 for the price of 10" far infra-red package which is transferable, packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Therapists are self-employed and any issues that arise should be raised directly with your therapist.
  • We collect brief details from each client, including contact details, which we may use for marketing purposes. Should you wish not to receive further contact from us, please let us know by telephoning 01472 722444, writing to 14 Abbeygate, Grimsby, DN31 1JY or by using the website contact form.
  • If you communicate with us via e-mail we will use your details in relation to that query only and not for any other purpose. We will never sell or pass your details on to any third party without your express permission.

vouchers

  • Vouchers are valid for one year from date of purchase.
  • Lost, stolen or damaged vouchers will not be replaced.
  • Vouchers cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash or other vouchers.
  • If a purchase is for a higher amount than the face value of the voucher, the difference can be paid for by cash, cheque or credit card.
  • If a purchase is for a lower amount, no change will be given in any form unless the difference is more than £5, when you will be given another voucher.
  • Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
  • Vouchers are only valid on receipt of cleared funds.
  • If posted, vouchers will be sent by Royal Mail first or second class, depending upon delivery date and on receipt of cleared funds. If payment is received by debit or credit card, your receipt will be posted to your address.
