Sally is a Foot Health Practitioner specialising in chiropody services. She qualified in 2006 and is a member of the College of Foot Health Professionals and a registered member of the British Association of Foot Health Professionals.
She provides treatment for most common problems of the feet and nails and will also make and supply paddings and orthoses designed to prevent problems occurring, or to correct existing conditions.
Among the most common problems she treats are corns, hard skin, cracked and dry heels, fungal infections, verrucas, ingrowing toenails and other nail disorders.
Veruccas - these are often difficult and require time to treat effectively, and may require a degree of self treatment by the client. If Sally is required to treat veruccas, she will gladly do so but she will need to see the client weekly. If the veruccas persist after 10 treatments no further charge to treat them will be made.
With the exception of veruccas, treatments are usually 5-6 weeks apart.
First treatment will be £27 and all subsequent visits £22, which includes all basic paddings, dressing or orthoses as necessary.
Sally will refer a client to their GP or a hospital podiatrist as necessary.
